My desire to see healthy, functional leadership and organizations started as a young teen when my parents left a coercive, high-control religious movement and moved us from the Bible Belt to Washington Heights, the “Little DR”. Over the next two decades, my love for Uptown Manhattan grew and I continued to heal and learn more about how a variety of organizations and their leaders flourish or languish in today’s entrepreneurial landscape.
My decade-long career as a high-level executive assistant changed my life.
